The purpose and objectives of the Town House Tenant Association, Inc., are to promote the interests of, and help provide safe and habitable living conditions for, the residents of the Town House community. Additionally, the Association ensures that the building is properly maintained and in accordance with housing code regulations. Its responsibilities include verifying the accuracy of rent and rent increases in compliance with Kansas rent control laws and resolving landlord-tenant relations within the building whenever possible.
